The request must be properly justified and submitted before the last day of the event. For workshop, administrative fees will be deducted from the reimbursement; thematic schools and ANFs are exempt from these fees.

Payment Information :

The nominal registration fee is 200 €. It is lowered to 100 € for students and 100 € for invited speakers. Methods of payment: Personal or institutional credit card ''mandatory for foreign institutions'': If you use your personal credit card, choose invoice in your name. If you use an institutional credit card, choose invoice in the name of the institution to which the credit card belongs. For italian participant please do not forget to put your VAT NUMBER when you register. CNRS order (only for French institutions): please, use the address of your institution for payment address and NOT your own name. Your registration will not be considered finalized until the payment has been done. Payment deadline: October 15,2026 No payment will be possible on site. |
